Data protection statement
In accordance with the Data Protection Acts, the basic principle is that personal data may only be collated, processes and used when this is a permitted by law or the service user has consented to this (§ 3 paragraph 1 TDDSG (German Teleservices Data Protection Act), § 4 paragraph 1 BDSG (German Data Protection Act)). Notably population data may be collated, processed and used without consent. In accordance with § 5 TDDSG (German Teleservices Data Protection Act) this applies to data required for establishing, modifying and defining an agreement. We collate, process and use the data provided by you via telephone, fax or email to complete a contract, i.e. to provide and bill our service. The data are stored in accordance with legal provisions and also deleted or disabled in accordance with the legal provisions for record retention.
In an environment of fast and unconventional communication with you, we will usually also record your telephone number and e-mail address. When you make an order you are declaring your express consent to the collation and use of these data within the framework of our contractural relationship. The consent is voluntary and can be revoked at all times, the cancellation being effective in the future. An email to info@dr-roelleke.de is sufficient to effect cancellation.
